Orders in Australia
Orders may be placed through a secure PayPal site and can be paid either by Mastercard or Visa.

In the event that your credit card is declined, or you have any other difficulty in completing an order, please contact us via email, detailing the problem.

Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

Some items might be on back order, in that case we will contact you.

International Orders (outside Australia)
Note: Shipping surcharges apply to all international Orders
International shipping charges are unique to each country and depend on the final weight of your order.

The shipping charge quoted in the PayPal shopping cart is calculated for Australian destinations.

Thus, international orders are subject to a shipping surcharge.

The surcharge value is simply the difference between the price of shipping the goods to the designated international destination, and the Australian order shipping price, already paid when the order was submitted.

International customers will receive a shipping surcharge email after their order has been submitted.

The email contains a link with instructions on how to pay the surcharge via credit card through PayPal.

This shipping surcharge must be paid within 48 hours of the time the email was sent.

If you do not accept and pay the shipping surcharge within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled and any monies already paid will be refunded to you.

Returned Merchandise & Refund Policy
Newlife Reiki Solutions takes great care in packaging your product.

However in the event of damaged or faulty products we are happy to replace the goods at no extra charge.

Please check your items carefully as we do not refund or replace products for incorrect orders being processed.

Please Note: The estimated delivery time does not include the time needed for customs clearance.

The Customer is responsible for all payment of all duties taxes or customs fees on shipments sent to foreign countries.
